Service Agreements

All construction and remodeling services are subject to separate written agreements that will include:

• Payment terms and schedule
• Warranty information
• Change order procedures
• Dispute resolution process

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Initial deposit may be required to begin work
• Progress payments based on project milestones
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Late payment fees may apply as specified in agreements

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties:

• Workmanship Warranty: 2 years on all work performed

• Our liability is limited to the contract price
• We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
• Client is responsible for securing personal property
• Force majeure events may delay or suspend work

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• We encourage direct communication to resolve issues
• Mediation may be required before legal action
• Disputes will be governed by California law
• Venue for legal proceedings is Santa Clara County, CA
